เงื่อนไขการรับเสื้อฟินิชเชอร์ (Finisher Shirt & Sub-Challenge Regulations)

• เสื้อฟินิชเชอร์รุ่นปกติ | Regular Finisher Shirt (เฉพาะระยะ 21 กม. และ 42 กม.)
  • นักวิ่งในระยะ 21 กม. และ 42 กม. ที่วิ่งเข้าเส้นชัยภายในเวลาที่กำหนด (Cut-off) จะได้รับเสื้อฟินิชเชอร์รุ่นปกติ 1 ตัว (รับ ณ จุดรับรางวัลภายในงานเท่านั้น)
  • Only runners in the 21 km and 42 km categories who finish the race within the official cut-off time will receive 1 regular finisher shirt (to be collected at the venue only).
• สิทธิ์การรับเสื้อฟินิชเชอร์ 2 ตัว สำหรับผู้ท้าทายความเร็ว | Double Finisher Shirts Privilege
• นักวิ่งในระยะ 21 กม. และ 42 กม. ที่เลือกสมัครในประเภทความท้าทายพิเศษ (Sub-Challenge) หากทำเวลาได้ตามเงื่อนไขที่กำหนด จะได้รับเสื้อฟินิชเชอร์เพิ่มอีก 1 ตัว (รวมเป็นได้รับเสื้อฟินิชเชอร์ทั้งหมด 2 ตัว คือ รุ่นปกติ 1 ตัว + รุ่นพิเศษ Sub 1 ตัว) ตามเงื่อนไขดังนี้:
• Runners in the 21 km and 42 km categories who registered under the Special Sub-Challenge will receive an additional special finisher shirt (total of 2 finisher shirts: 1 Regular + 1 Special Sub) if they meet the following target times:
  • Sub 2 (ระยะ 21 กม.): วิ่งเข้าเส้นชัยภายในเวลา 1:59:59 ชั่วโมง | Finish within 1:59:59 hours.
  • Sub 4 (ระยะ 42 กม.): วิ่งเข้าเส้นชัยภายในเวลา 3:59:59 ชั่วโมง | Finish within 3:59:59 hours.

สำคัญ

• มีการจัดส่งหมายเลขวิ่ง และเสื้อที่ระลึกการแข่งขันทางไปรษณีย์ (จัดส่งภายในประเทศไทยเท่านั้น) โดยผู้สมัครจะต้องสมัครผ่านระบบรับสมัครที่กำหนดภายใน 28 กพ. 2570 ค่าบริการจัดส่ง 60 บาทต่อผู้สมัคร 1 คน | Bib numbers are delivered. and race shirts (Delivery within Thailand only) and must have online register within 28 Feb 2027. Delivery fee is 50 baht per pax.
• การจัดส่งหมายเลขวิ่ง และเสื้อที่ระลึกการแข่งขันทางไปรษณีย์ ระหว่างวันที่ 10 - 20 พ.ค. 2570 | Delivery of bib numbers and race shirts Between 10 - 20 May 2027
• กรณีทำหมายเลขวิ่งสูญหาย ขอสงวนสิทธิ์สำหรับการออกหมายเลขวิ่งใหม่ทุกกรณีและจะต้องทำการสมัครใหม่ในราคาปกติ (Regular Price) เท่านั้น | In the case of losing your bib number. Runner must apply again at the regular price (Regular Price) only.

อาหารและเครื่องดื่มหลังเข้าเส้นชัย | Post-race Food & Beverages

• ระยะ 5 กม. และ 10 กม.: ได้รับอาหารจานหลัก 2 อย่าง (5K & 10K runners receive 2 main dishes)
• ระยะ 21 กม. และ 42 กม.: ได้รับอาหารจานหลัก 3 อย่าง (21K & 42K runners receive 3 main dishes)
• หมายเหตุ: ขนมหวานและอาหารทานเล่น สามารถรับประทานได้ไม่จำกัด (Buffet) จนกว่าจะปิดการแข่งขันในเวลา 10:00 น. / Note: Complimentary desserts and snacks are available unlimited until the race location closes at 10:00 AM.

เงื่อนไขการสมัครและเข้าร่วมกิจกรรม | Registration Conditions

• การจำกัดสิทธิ์เฉพาะบุคคล | Personal and Non-Transferable
  • ไม่อนุญาตให้บุคคลอื่นมาร่วมวิ่งแทนในทุกกรณี ผู้เข้าร่วมการแข่งขันจะต้องมีชื่อและข้อมูลตรงกับที่ลงทะเบียนไว้ในระบบเท่านั้น
  • Transferring race entries to another person is strictly prohibited. The participant must be the registered individual whose name appears in the registration system.
• การขอเปลี่ยนแปลงข้อมูล | Entry Modifications
• สามารถแจ้งเปลี่ยนชื่อผู้สมัครได้ภายในวันที่ 31 มีนาคม 2570 เท่านั้น (มีค่าธรรมเนียมการดำเนินการ 100 บาท)
• Name changes and transfers are permitted until April 30, 2026, subject to a processing fee of 100 THB. Modifications must be processed through the official registration channel only.
• คณะผู้จัดงานขอสงวนสิทธิ์ไม่คืนเงินค่าสมัครและค่าธรรมเนียมทุกกรณี หลังจากที่การชำระเงินเสร็จสิ้นสมบูรณ์
• The registration fee and any additional service charges are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances once payment is completed.
• ผู้เข้าแข่งขันต้องติดหมายเลขวิ่ง (บิบ) ไว้ที่บริเวณหน้าอกเสื้อด้านหน้าให้เห็นได้อย่างชัดเจนตลอดเวลาในระหว่างการแข่งขัน ห้ามพับ ห้ามตัด หรือบดบังหมายเลขวิ่งเด็ดขาด
• The bib number must be securely fastened to the front of the body (chest area) and must be clearly visible at all times during the race. Folding, cutting, or altering the bib is prohibited.
• ผู้เข้าร่วมแข่งขันที่ไม่สามารถผ่านจุดเช็กพอยต์หรือเข้าเส้นชัยได้ตามเวลาที่กำหนด จะถูกปรับผลการแข่งขันเป็นวิ่งไม่สมบูรณ์ (DNF – Did Not Finish) และต้องปฏิบัติตามคำสั่งของเจ้าหน้าที่สนามในการหยุดวิ่งทันที
• Participants who fail to pass checkpoints or reach the finish line within the designated cut-off times will be recorded as DNF (Did Not Finish) and must follow the race officials' instructions to withdraw immediately.
• ห้ามทิ้งขยะตลอดเส้นทางการแข่งขันเด็ดขาด หากทีมงานพบเห็น หรือมีผู้ร้องเรียนพร้อมหลักฐานที่ชัดเจน จะถูกตัดสิทธิ์ออกจากการแข่งขัน (Disqualified) ทันที
• Littering is strictly prohibited anywhere along the race course. Any participant caught littering by staff, or reported with clear evidence, will be disqualified immediately.
• การโกงหรือการทุจริตด้วยวิธีการใดๆ รวมถึงการใช้สารกระตุ้นทุกชนิดที่ผิดกฎหมายและผิดระเบียบการกีฬา จะถูกปรับให้หมดสิทธิ์การแข่งขัน (Disqualified) ทันที Cheating by any means, or the use of forbidden stimulants/substances, will result in immediate disqualification.
• ผู้อำนวยการจัดการแข่งขันมีสิทธิ์เด็ดขาดในการปรับเปลี่ยน เพิ่มเติม หรือแก้ไขกฎระเบียบในระหว่างการแข่งขัน หากเกิดเหตุสุดวิสัย เหตุการณ์ไม่คาดคิด หรือสถานการณ์ฉุกเฉิน ทั้งนี้เพื่อความปลอดภัยสูงสุดของผู้ร่วมงาน และเพื่อให้การแข่งขันดำเนินต่อไปได้อย่างราบรื่น
• The Race Director reserves the absolute right to modify, add, or amend rules and regulations during the race due to force majeure, unexpected incidents, or emergencies, to ensure participant safety and the continuity of the event.
• ไม่อนุญาตให้มีผู้ช่วยวิ่ง (Pacer) ที่ไม่ได้ลงทะเบียนอย่างถูกต้องในทุกกรณี หากตรวจพบจะถูกปรับเป็นหมดสิทธิ์การแข่งขัน
• Personal pacers (unregistered runners accompanying a participant) are strictly prohibited under any circumstances. Violation will lead to disqualification.
• การรับความช่วยเหลือภายนอก | External Assistance
  • นักวิ่งไม่ได้รับอนุญาตให้รับความช่วยเหลือใดๆ (เช่น อาหาร เครื่องดื่ม หรืออุปกรณ์) ระหว่างเส้นทางการแข่งขัน นอกเหนือจากจุดบริการที่คณะผู้จัดงานเตรียมไว้ให้ หรือจุดที่กำหนดไว้ตามระเบียบเท่านั้น
  • Runners are prohibited from receiving external assistance (including food, drinks, or gear) along the race route, except at designated official aid stations provided by the organizer.
