คณะผู้จัดงาน RAMA 8 ขอแสดงความอาลัยอย่างสุดซึ้งต่อการสวรรคตของ สมเด็จพระพันปีหลวง และขอแจ้งเลื่อนกำหนดการจัดกิจกรรมออกไป

เพื่อเป็นการร่วมถวายความอาลัย และน้อมรำลึกในพระมหากรุณาธิคุณอันหาที่สุดมิได้ รวมถึงเพื่อให้ความร่วมมือและสนับสนุนการปฏิบัติภารกิจด้านพระราชพิธีของหน่วยงานภาครัฐที่เกี่ยวข้องอย่างเต็มกำลัง คณะผู้จัดฯ จึงเห็นควรเลื่อนการจัดงาน เพื่อให้กิจกรรมสามารถจัดขึ้นได้อย่างสมบูรณ์ตามวัตถุประสงค์เดิม ที่ต้องการสะท้อนบรรยากาศแห่งการแข่งขัน ความสนุก ความสุข พลังทางการกีฬา และกิจกรรมหลังเส้นชัยที่เต็มเปี่ยม

งานวิ่ง Rama 8 Run คือหนึ่งในงานวิ่งที่เป็นเอกลักษณ์ของกรุงเทพมหานคร ณ สะพานพระราม 8 แลนด์มาร์กสำคัญริมแม่น้ำเจ้าพระยา ด้วยสถาปัตยกรรมที่สง่างามและทัศนียภาพอันสวยงามของเมืองหลวงในยามรุ่งอรุณ นักวิ่งทุกท่านจะได้สัมผัสบรรยากาศการวิ่งบนสะพานข้ามแม่น้ำที่เต็มไปด้วยเสน่ห์ ได้ชมวิวพระอาทิตย์ขึ้นเหนือลำน้ำเจ้าพระยา เส้นทางการวิ่งเชื่อมโยงระหว่างเมืองเก่าและเมืองใหม่ของกรุงเทพฯ ผ่านย่านวัดวาอารามเก่าแก่ ศิลปะ วัฒนธรรม และวิถีชีวิตของชุมชนริมฝั่งน้ำอย่างมีเสน่ห์ไม่เสื่อมคลาย

Important Announcement: Postponement of RAMA 8

The organizers of RAMA 8 express their deepest condolences for the passing of Her Majesty the Queen Mother and announce the postponement of the event.

To express our deepest condolences and remember Her Majesty the Queen Mother's infinite grace, as well as to fully cooperate and support the royal ceremonies of relevant government agencies, the organizers have decided to postpone the event so that it can be held in accordance with its original objectives: to reflect the atmosphere of competition, fun, happiness, athletic energy, and a full-fledged post-finish activity.

Rama 8 Run: A Unique Running Experience in the Heart of Bangkok

The Rama 8 Run is one of Bangkok's signature running events, taking place on Rama 8 Bridge, a prominent landmark on the Chao Phraya River. With its elegant architecture and stunning views of the capital at dawn, runners will experience the charming atmosphere of running across the bridge and witness the sunrise over the Chao Phraya River. The running route connects Bangkok's old and new cities. Passing through the charming streets of ancient temples, art, culture, and the way of life of riverside communities, the event continues to exude charm.

The organizers apologize for any inconvenience and thank all runners for their understanding of the current situation. We sincerely hope to welcome you back on the new scheduled date and time.

กติกาเงื่อนไขการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรม และการแข่งขัน
Rules of Competition

1. Registration and Transfer Policy

• No Runner Substitution: Only the registered runner whose name appears in the system is permitted to participate.

• Registration Transfer: Name change or transfer of registration is allowed until 28 February 2026. A transfer fee of 100 THB will apply.

• Refund Policy: Entry fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

2. Race Rules

• BIB Display: Your Bib number must be worn on the front of your body and remain visible at all times during the race.

• Disposing of trash on the course is strictly prohibited. Any offender witnessed or reported with clear evidence will face immediate disqualification.

• Integrity: Any form of cheating or the use of stimulants/banned substances will result in immediate disqualification.

• Pacers are not allowed under any circumstances. Runners are not permitted to receive external assistance along the race route.

• DNF Status: Any runner unable to finish the race within the official time limit will be recorded as Did Not Finish (DNF).

3. Emergencies and Withdrawals

• Withdrawal : Runners who decide to withdraw from the race must notify the Race Director or staff at the nearest Aid Station immediately.

• Lost Runners: There will be no compensation or benefits provided for any time or distance discrepancies resulting from the runner straying from the official course.
  
  4. Rights of the Race Director

• The Race Director holds the authority to add or modify rules and regulations during the course of the race to address unforeseen circumstances, unexpected events, or disruptions, with the objective of maintaining the integrity of the competition, ensuring its successful completion, or allowing its continuous operation.
